Babaganoush,Yoga and Letting Go

Good Morning ! Still dark before the dawn.
I need to breathe deep and shake off the negative vibrations of the past few days and do some yoga as the dawn arises peeking over the tops of the pine trees outside my home.
I want to be in light again
After yoga i will roast an eggplant over the gas flames and make a babaganoush…
YOGA WAS DEEP AND MEDITATION WAS EFFORTLESS AND I FELT THE SHADOWS LIFT …..
I AM NOW MAKING BABAGANOUSH…the sister of hummus which i made yesterday.See (recipe on my wall below)
I HEAT THE OVEN TO 400..I CUT THE EGGPLANT LENGTHWISE AND JAB IT WITH A FORK SKIN SIDE ABOUT 12 TIMES AND TURN THEM OVER AND KOSHER SALT THEM TO GET OUT THE BITTER LIQUID.
AFTER SOME 10 MINUTES I WASH OFF THE SALT AND PAT DRY WITH A PAPER TOWEL.
I TAKE A WHOLE BULB OF GARLIC AND CUT OFF THE TOP EXPOSING THE CLOVES .
I WRAP THAT UP IN TIN FOIL AND I PUT THE EGGPLANT FACE DOWN IN A LIGHTLY GREASED PAN AND POP THAT IN THE OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES. I MIGHT ALSO BROIL ON HIGH FOR 5 MINUTES …
AFTER I WILL SCOOP OUT THE PULP OF THE EGGPLANT AND IN A BLENDER COMBINE THAT WITH THE SQUEEZED OUT GARLIC BULB AND A CUP OF LEMON AND MAYBE 1/3 OF A CUP OF TAHINI AND SALT AND BLEND THAT TOGETHER AND POP THAT IN THE FRIDGE UNTIL COOLED AND SERVE WITH OLIVE OIL AND PARSLEY…AND PITA
